Restaurante Casareyna is truly an example of a 5-star dining experience. Our waiter made each of us feel well cared for, making this a special lunch in Puebla. My husband and I ordered the mole sampler to share. Our waiter brought it to us divided into two artistically arranged plates. We started with the Mango Ceviche - also delicious! FYI, our friend is vegetarian and she was able to enjoy vegetables topped with the lovely mole.
The best Mole Poblano I’ve ever had! I’ve had a lot of mole, having lived here years ago for to years. The flavor was spectacular! Sweet, spicy, and savory. The chicken was tender and the blue tortillas were an excellent touch to the meal. My wife had the Pepiana Duet and that was also very good. We capped it with some Helado de Fruta Mamey - delicious!
It is an excellent place to taste authentic Puebla food. The property is old and well decorated, it just needs to be more inclusive for people with disabilities.
We went here to try the mole selection whilst in Puebla. As it was lunchtime, we wanted to share one between two of us - the staff kindly, without asking, split the portion across two plates which was absolutely perfect. The food was excellent and the staff amazing; we would highly recommend

Really liked it! Love that they offer the mole sampler and we able to do a vegetarian version for me (perfectly steamed veggies under the amazing sauces). Surprisingly, my favorite thing was the fresh cream that comes with the house salsas. The salad was nice and Mexican white wine as well. I would gladly return.
Absolutely amazing mole. Located adjacent to the Casareyna hotel, the atmosphere and ambiance is pleasant with some open air seating and other nice seating options. The mole was well balanced and delicious, as were the chalupas and guacamole & chorizo. The beer selection is not great as they carry the standard Mexico macro line-up
Amazing Moles is served here. A MUST try! I really liked their service of taking little kids to play! All their dishes were delicious.
